for the short duration repair and maintenance work, for the hobby or as an addition to the POLYS P-4. The design and the price are targeted to the above market.
The POLYS P-1 is available in three modifications with different shape, type of use and input power.
The important part of this equipment are the patented jaw attachments. The main advantages of these attachments are relatively small size, and high thermal efficiency.
The attachment change is quick and simple. It is possible to do this when even hot without runninga risk of damage to the welding surface. The welding surface is coated with non sticking material allowing prolonged use.

The Green Line welder can be purchased with three different shapes of heaters, allowing to satisfy all
the needs of maintenance men or home users. The heater elements are of heavy duty construction and they provide a constant temperature level over the full heater length. They are identical parts to the professional Blue Line of hand welders. The handle can be ordered either in green or black colour.
650W
This hand welder has a heater rod 32mm in diameter. The input power is 650 W and you can weld pipes from 16 to 63 mm diameter. Small heater rod size makes it possible for use in confined spaces. The attachments for this welder are of
the so called jaw type.

The hand welder with the right angle heater rod has 500 W input power and it is used mainly for maintenance and repair work. The angle type heater rod makes it useful for work in various hard to reach places. The attachments are of the same jaw type as for the straight heater rod above.

DMI PORTABLE PELLET WELDING MACHINE
Conventional weld repair techniques in cast iron and tool steel base materials involve MIG, TIG or MMA welding. The finished quality of the weld is dependent on the base material composition and
condition, the welding method and welding material used and the skill of the operator.
The DMI Portable Pellet Welding Machine provides a quick and easy method of repairing welding porosity, casting blow holes and other small surface defects.
Excellent weld quality is assured by minimising the heat input into the weld area. This is done by the careful control of the point at which switch on of the welding current occurs with respect to the main cycle and by limiting the weld duration. This ensures weld consistency, minimises the heat affected zone and improves weld penetration and strength. Although instantaneous weld power is increased, the overall power needed to produce a weld of excellent quality is substantially reduced. Weld times are consequently only about 1/10th of comparable methods and machines.
The DMI Portable Pellet Welding Machine is designed to resistance weld a pellet of compatible material into a range of base materials.
The unit is simple to operate, compact and portable. Its principal use is in the rapid repair of small base material or welding defects and damage on castings, press tools, moulding dies and other ferrous surfaces where such defects would otherwise result in the reworking or scrapping of the finished article.
DMI have supplied pellet welding machines to the automotive pressings, plastic moulding and casting industries in Europe, North America and Australia.

Motoman’s high-performance, six-axis EA1900N Expert Arc welding robot features a patented internal cabling design that streamlines the robot profile and increases cable life by reducing wear and eliminating cable flip.
