The bellows seated PVEK solenoid operated valves are available with either aluminium (A) or stainless steel (S) bodies. We offer both right angle (PVEK) and in-line (IPVEK) version of the valve to give you more options when you design your vacuum system. These valves are amongst the most compact and lightweight solenoid valves available. Fast safety solenoid valve one way - normally closed Type EV The Delta type EV electrical solenoid valve is a normally closed one-way, direct acting valve. It is designed for use as an interrupter valve or as a shut-off valve. The body is fabricated of brass, the plunger is of magnetic quality steel and the seal is a synthetic rubber which is suitable for use with light distillate oils and other fluids that are compatible with the above materials. All valves are 100% tested and are fully warranted. CAUTION: Not suitable for use with water. 1- Applications • Residential oil burners. • Commercial oil burners. • Manufacturing processes. 2- Mounting • Check the direction of flow with the arrow printed on the valve body. • Check correct alignment of connecting pipes. • Do not use the valve stem to turn the unit onto the piping. • Valve may be mounted with coil in horizontal or vertical position. Do not install upside-down. • By releasing the nut on top of the valve, the coil may be oriented 360 degrees in any direction. • Install in an area that is protected from rain and water splashes or drops. • Do not use PTFE tape in the connections. • An external filter must be always installed upstream the valve. 3- Maintenance Coil replacement a) Disconnect power supply of the coil. b) Remove nut on top of valve. c) Replace coil with an identical one. d) Connect the replaced coil and reassemble. Seal cleaning a) Remove coil as described above. b) Using a 16mm wrench unscrew the stem. c) Clean seal with clean oil and compressed air. d) Reassemble all the components. >>>

Valves of this design are distinguished by a simple, solid construction. The sealing of this valve is, either a diaphragm for pressures up to 20bar, or a robust piston for pressures of up to 100 bar and more. By use of a small pilot orifice, the valve utilises the line pressure differential to operate the valve. Thus only needing comparatively low coil power for high flow & pressure characteristics. For “Normally Closed” constructions, when the solenoid is energised, the pilot orifice is opened and releases pressure from the top of the valve diaphragm or piston to the outlet of the valve. This results in an unbalanced pressure which forces the line pressure to lift the diaphragm or piston off the main orifice thereby opening the valve. /2-Way-SERPAR® Crossflow Double Valves with Pressure Switches The design of this double valve type is distinguished by two crossflow passages and special valve poppet and spool elements which provide the valve's unique flow characteristics. Two pressure switches are mounted on an adaptor and measure the pressure in the crossflow passages of the main valve. In normal operation the two valve elements move simultaneously and the pressure switches send a matched pair of signals to the control system. If there is a malfunction and the valve elements do not move simultaneously, the pressure switches send an unmatched pair of signals, the control system switches off the valve and prevents any further valve operation. Therefore, the two pressure switches, when correctly connected to the safety circuit, carry out a reliable monitoring function which is in full accordance with the requirements of EN 692. >>>
