Tritec provides a full manufacture service for the production of plastic injected components.
We are able to advise on the most suitable mould construction methods with regard to material selection, part design and production requirements.
From aluminium and P20 mould materials to fully hardened production tooling.
All tooling is trialled in-house and full CMM inspection reports can be provided with samples. Upon acceptance the tools can be supplied to the customers production site or production runs can be undertaken at Tritec and the tools stored for future call offs |
