made in die cast aluminium with UNI 5076 alloy. Hook in steel. Orange-peel metallized grey painting made by means of polyester powders. Outside bolts and screws in inox steel. Tempered glass, sodic/calcic type, 5 mm thick, heat-proof and crash-proof. Alternatively polycarbonate diffuser (only Ï 480mm). Reflector in pure aluminium, thickness 12/10, turned, anodized and polished, obtained from a single plate, with specular surface. Installation is easier thanks to the upper die cast cover which gives access to the feeding terminal board. Once the apparatus is hung it is possible to cable it without any tool, entering through the cable gland. Lamp maintenance is also very easy thanks to the 3 clips in inox steel, for opening the diffuser without any tool, and to the anti-loss chain fixed to the lower body. First brand electric components: electro-mechanical ballast, superimposed ignitor or pulse ignitor, capacitor with discharge resistance, tinned copper cables with silicone sheath, ceramic lampholder type E27 or E40. In case the plug is useless it is enough to cut it and connect the cable to any IP44 connector. Optional tempered glass, sodic/calcic type, 5mm thick, heat-proof and crash-proof, or PC diffuser (Ï480mm only). Both types allow easy maintenance, thanks to the 3 clips in inox steel for opening the diffuser without any tool, and to the anti-loss chain fixed to the iron plate. Thanks to these accessories IP is up-graded from 23 to 44. Silicone gaskets. Reflector in pure aluminium, thickness 12/10, turned, anodized and polished, obtained from a single plate, with specular surface.
