Description: Fast drying filler / stopper for interior and exterior use. Available in seven wood colours, it is recommended for use with clear or coloured Transparent Wood Finishes, Varnishes, etc. Characteristics: Nitro-cellulose binder. Fast drying. Good adhesion to bare wood, finishes, varnishes, etc. Good response to sanding. Use: As filler / stopper for small nail holes and cracks. Application: Temperature Between 5°C - 30°C. Method By filling knife. Fill slightly 'proud' and allow to dry. Fill large holes in steps, allowing previous fill to set. (Drying time will vary according to thickness of layers.) Rub down with a fine grade silicon carbide paper in the direction of the grain. Remove all dust. Cetol Gupa is normally used on bare wood prior to application of Cetol HLS, Cetol Filter 7 or TS Interior. Alternatively, it may be applied after the first coat of stain but take care to avoid damaging the surrounding surface of woodstain when sanding. After sanding, Cetol Gupa may be treated like wood. In exterior locations, ensure Cetol Gupa is well overcoated with stain or paint. Thinning If contents of can harden, add a couple drops of Acetone or Lacquer Brush Thinners. Drying Time at 20°C Up to two hours according to thickness of layer. It is possible to apply several layers of Cetol Gupa within the space of one hour. Flash Point Approx 4 C. Inflammable Clean Up Equipment Acetone Properties: Shelf Life Keep in a frost free place. Availability: Packaging 150ml & 750ml tins Colour Range 7 wood tones: Natural, Light Oak, Dark Oak, Mahogany, Merbau, Meranti (Cedar) and Teak. The application of the glitter can be made through a thermal treatment in an air canal up to a temperature of 200° C. This glitter is also suitable for use in wet wallpapers and epoxy-based powder coatings. SiLiglit Aluminium-Glitter with epoxy coating is also used for powder coatings on epoxy vesin base. The results in the furniture and sport-articles industry are also excellent. 2. Guyson Corporation has developed a pass-through blasting machine for gritblast descaling and surface preparation of band saw blades and continuous strip. The custom automated blast system is capable of producing a uniform condition on all surfaces of the material. Overall dimensions of the blast cabinet are 72" H x 96" W x 48" D (183 x 244 x 122 cm). The ends of the blast cabinet have entry and exit ports with guides. A vestibule at entry and exit isolates dust and noise in the blasting chamber and houses blow-off jets on the exit side. The blast machine has an extra wide swing-out front door to allow access to the blast enclosure for inspection, adjustment and maintenance. Inside the rubber-lined cabinet, eight suction-blast guns are rigidly mounted on multi-adjustable telescoping brackets that allow positioning at the correct angles and distances for complete 360-degree coverage of the work. When narrow strip is to be processed, extra guns can easily be turned off to conserve compressed air. Individual blast pressure regulators enable fine adjustment of the blasting intensity. The mineral grit abrasive is collected in four hoppers at the bottom of the blast chamber and conveyed pneumatically to the cyclone separator media reclaimer via thick cast urethane ducting. The intake elbow, body and cone of the cyclone reclaimer are also lined with urethane rubber, one of the most abrasion resistant materials available. Other special abrasion resistant features of the continuous-duty blast system are urethane media delivery hoses, bronze-bodied blast guns and boron carbide lined blast nozzles. Electronic sensors and up-to-date controls enhance the functionality and user-friendliness of the dryblast processing system. Level sensors in the media delivery system detect when the supply of grit is low, and this triggers automatic replenishment of the media from a storage hopper. A low media level in the storage hopper itself triggers a fault indication well in advance of the time that the steady flow of grit to the blast guns could be interrupted. Inadequate pressure in the compressed air supply to the machine or insufficient air flow in the media reclaimer and dust collector are also sensed, resulting in a fault indication. A rotating beacon light summons an attendant in the event of a fault, and the touch-screen panel enables quick identification of the problem through graphics and text prompts. >>>
