The Kiloclave stand is made of 304 stainless steel and lifts up to 150 kg.
The cover plate and drive are identical to the BEP 280 stirred laboratory autoclave. Existing autoclaves can be converted.
Kiloclave with 20 Litre Type 4 Vessel
Lift, Lower and Tilt Heavy Vessels
Mounting and securing the special steel vessel in the lift is simple and fast. The vessel can then be lifted, lowered and tilted. Thus even full, heavy and hot 5, 10 and 20 litre vessels can be handled safely and conveniently.
Fast, Spill-Free Filling
The filling process for the experiment takes place with the carrier lowered. The lift elevates the heavy, full vessel up to the cover plate. The vessel and the cover plate are then,, as always, bolted together. The experiment can start. Of course, media can be added during the experiment using burettes, dip pipes etc.
Simple To Empty and Clean
The vessel can be emptied as usual via the bottom outlet valve or now, by using the easy-to-operate tilting mechanism. This mechanism also has its advantages when the vessel is being cleaned.
Use Only Steel Vessels!
Caution: The Kiloclave for laboratory autoclaves must only be used with steel vessels. For glass vessels use the Polyclave.

Ageing oven for precision ageing of
rubbers and plastics under controlled conditions. EB 04 is a
shelf oven and conforms to ISO 188, ISO 3383, IEC 811 and technical equivalent standards.
EB 04 is designed to give very low temperature variations in time and space, low air speed and
controlled air exchange rate. This is achieved by using an inner chamber with a controlled air
flow.
EB 04 also has a 3 glass window, illumination of the inner
chamber and separate systems for temperature control and indication with alarm.The oven is
supplied in two sizes, with 60 and 120 l useful volume.
EB 04 is ideal for ageing finished products and large test pieces which are unsuitable for cell
ovens. Both shelves and rods are supplied with the oven for accommodating most types of
samples.

PeraSafe is the firstnb major development for
years in instrument sterilisation and will revolutioise hospital procedures.
Steralisation of instruments, such as flexible labile endoscopes that cannot be heat sterilised, is currently carried out using 2% solution of activated glutaraldehyde. In the asence of any viable alternative for sterilisation instruments, this has been the practise for thirty years., resulting in serious detrimental effects on the health of nurses and theatre staff, causing such health problems as asthma, dermatitis, conjuctivitis, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. REACTOR SYSTEMS - BEP280 - UNIVERSAL AUTOCLAVE SYSTEM
The BEP280 system is a universal stirred autoclave system with pressure vessels made from Borosilicate glass which allows pressurised reactions to be observed. A complete range of glass pressure
vessels are available from 100 ml to 5.0 litre and for operation up to 12 bar.
The autoclave system can also be equipped with stainless steel pressure vessels from 0.5 litre to 20 litres. Standard pressure ratings depend on size but are available to 100 bar.
The Advantages of Glass.
Observe the chemical reaction while it is taking place. This can provide vital information difficult to measure with a probe.

Record the course of the process with photographs or video, also available is a range of data logging solutions and controlled reactors.
Safety is an important factor with glass vessels. Our glass vessels are manufactured according to PED (the European Pressure Equipment Directive). Additionally, polycarbonate safety screens together with perforated sheet steel screens provide an extra level of safety.
Superior Quality: All materials in contact with the product are 316 Ti stainless steel (or 316), Borosilicate glass 3.3 and PTFE. Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Titanium etc. are also available.
Absolute Pressure Tightness
The magnetic coupling ensures pressure tightness at pressures up to 150 bar as standard. Higher ratings are also available.
The stirrer shaft rotates in PTFE/Graphite bearings and is welded to the hermetically enclosed internal magnet. A closed pressure chamber accommodates both components. The external magnet outside the pressure chamber runs in ball bearings and is driven by an Ex electric motor. The internal magnetic rotates in sympathy with the external magnet. The external magnet is also enclosed so there are no externally visible moving parts.
