AUTOMATIC STANDARD CLEANING LINES

ELMA standard cleaning lines are designed for multi-shift operation in the industrial production, e.g. for the cleaning of optical lenses, medical products, electronical components, cut silicium discs, metal and plastic pieces. Depending on the individual requirements, up to 13 cleaning process stations can be integrated in a standard cleaning line. The standard components can be arranged to form completely closed lines with all additional equipment encased as well. Specially manufactured process chambers are availble for extreme demands on cleanness. The cleaning lines use the latest ELMA ultrasonic multi-frequency systems. This technology is highly flexible in adjusting to the individual cleaning requirements as ultrasonic frequency and operating modes can be switched over. Also available: pure water circulating units, processing units for rinsing water and cleaning chemicals, laminar flow boxes and automatic proportioning systems for cleaning chemicals, to be combined with the standard cleaning line. >>>
