Since the introduction of the EMC directive screened cables have become an essential element of electrical systems. Until now, however, installers have had to make do with fiddly fixing procedures, with the increased risk of damaging the screen. Available in two sizes, the cable clamp incorporates a number of advanced features to provide easier installation and more effective performance. These include a stainless steel contact spring to avoid damage to the screen, high corrosion resistance, potential balance via the Busbar fixing rail and an insulated rail mounting support.
