Rocplas' latest addition to the RocBond range of adhesives is the new Dual Cure formula of the most popular 3349 grade. Continuing product innovation is very much part of the Rocplas philosophy and this adhesive is no exception. Combining the best of both UV and visible light adhesive cure systems, Dual Cure allows you to utilise your existing UV system or move to using visible light (simply a matter of changing tubes), with the confidence of knowing you will obtain the same exceptional results. The Dual Cure formula works on two levels: the usual 365UVA waveband and the visible light 425 wavebands. Cure times are fast and the resin systems employed are the same as those of our normal LV, MV, and peelable grades. Concerns about premature curing have been taken into consideration; Dual Cure takes up to 30 minutes to cure in natural daylight, thus allowing for plenty of control. So for the first time both end-users and distributors alike need only stock a single product for all bevel bonding purposes. Dual Cure comes from the same adhesive grades with a proven track record of over 10 years, and has the same exceptional adhesion.
