The Tracker System checks calls as they happen and notifies you immediately if suspicious activity is detected. The system checks not only individual calls but it can also look for call patterns both in and out of normal working hours. If suspicious activity is detected, an alarm can be delivered by email, pager, SMS or to one or more central monitoring services. The Tracker system is easily installed, runs automatically 24 hours a day and needs very little attention. Fraud and abuse are a fact of life for your business, whether large or small. Dial Through Fraud Dial through fraud, also known as Phone or Toll Fraud, can occur when your voice system is used by outsiders to make free telephone calls at your expense. The growth of fraud is being assisted by the growing sophistication of voice networks together with open interface standards. Internal Abuse Employees, contractors, cleaners and security staff can all use your company's telephone system and can call expensive premium rate or international numbers. It is not just about the price of the call, it is also the time spent on the call that is wasted. Call Detection Our Tracker Phone (Toll) Fraud System can be programmed to detect a whole variety of different calls and calling patterns by time of day, day of week and rate of occurrence. Examples include: premium rate numbers international calls tandem calls calls to specific numbers calls transferred from voicemail calls to / from DISA port long duration calls short duration calls (war dialling) calls outside office hours Alarm Notification Alerts include the last call record that triggered the alarm and can be delivered in ASCII text or SNMP format. Delivery methods include modem dial out, LAN, WAN, internet, email, pager or SMS service. Central Alarm System Our Tracker Phone (Toll) Fraud System is compatible with leading alarm monitoring systems such as HP Openview or our Alarm Management Software.     The Tracker 2610 is designed to monitor the ambient temperature and humidity of locations such as an equipment room. More Information Data port: RS232 serial terminated in a 9-pin female 'D' type connector. Data format: 9600 baud, no parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit. Handshaking: none. Input voltage: 5V DC. Backup: all configurations held indefinitely in non-volatile memory. Temperature: range 10-50°C, resolution 1°C, accuracy ±2°C. Humidity: range 10-90% relative humidity (RH), resolution 1% RH, accuracy ±5% RH. Log Rate: 5, 10, 30 seconds, 1, 5, 10, 30 minutes or 1, 2, 4 hours. Alarms: low and high temperatures and humidity. Casing: Free standing or wall mounted. The 5 metre serial cable supplied with every Tracker 2610 allows you to mount it in a convenient location within a room. It is powered from a 5 volt line on its serial interface, allowing it to be driven by another device. We recommend using the Tracker 2610 in conjunction with the Tracker 2740 series or 2750 to create a platform that can monitor a number of different environmental conditions. Logged temperature and humidity data can be output at a rate determined by you and alarm set points can be configured to trigger an immediate report of excursions outside of normal conditions. Once the temperature or humidity has returned to the normal range, a further report is generated. The Tracker 2610 may be controlled and configured via its serial interface using commands that include configurations for log rate, alarm setpoints and status request. >>>

Users browse in to SAMS and get authenticated; they are then presented with a list of equipment they are permitted to access; connection is made with one click. They have no need to know equipment passwords, telephone numbers or IP addresses; it is simple, secure, fast and very efficient. SAMS is the complete answer to the problem of secure administration on multi-site networks. Reduce Your Operational Costs Tracker SAMS features an easy to use Web interface that provides you with a simple one-click connection to remote equipment. You can control the sites and equipment that a user can view. Remote, local and customised privileges can be configured. Audit, the administration log contains information regarding all configuration changes that have been made to the system. The connection log details all activity between users and remote systems. Simple Integration To enable authenticated third party applications to integrate seamlessly with SAMS, an Applications Programing Interface is available. This API allows DTT development partners to use the access capability of SAMS and to share information in its database, but does not expose any password or connection details. System Requirements SAMS requires a Windows operating system and a SQL database. The hardware specification will depend on the system size. The SQL Server, Web Server and Connection Manager can be run on the same machine or split over multiple hosts.
