SOCKETS B...AR-N WITH SNAP-IN LOCK AND THREAD CONNECTION

SOCKETS B...AR-N WITH SNAP-IN LOCK AND THREAD CONNECTION

MC-Sockets B...AR-N are sockets with the snap-in lock and they lock automatically when connected. Plugs S...AR-N or SP...AR-N are inserted only so far that the ring snaps-in. To release, lightly turn and push-in plug, then pull-out. B...AR-N sockets have a threaded bolt and are suitable to screw into cable terminal lugs, bus-bars, contact blocks or as mounting sockets built into insulated housings. Coloured insulating sleeves are also available for these sockets. >>>

SOCKETS B...N WITH THREAD CONNECTION

SOCKETS B...N WITH THREAD CONNECTION

MC-Sockets type B...N distinguished by their simple handling. To make contact, the plugs from type S...N or SP...N are simply pushed-in and to disconnect, are pulled-out. B...N sockets have a threaded bolt and are suitable to screw into cable terminal lugs, busbars, contact blocks, or as a mounting socket built into insulated housings. Crimping sleeves H...N/M... to change the thread connection to a crimp connection. >>>

SOCKETS BL...A WITH EXTERNAL THREAD MULTILAMS

SOCKETS BL...A WITH EXTERNAL THREAD MULTILAMS

MC-Sockets type BL...A are distinguished by their simple handling. To make contact, the plugs S...N or SP...N are simply pushed-in and to disconnect, are pulled-out. BL...A sockets are pressed directly into the appropriate holes. Suitable applications are in tubes as tubular joint connection (e.g. in busbars installations), in contact blocks, conductor rails, etc. The holes should be silver-plated for an optimum contact. However, it is possible to make contact with unplated materials (also aluminium!) in not korrosive atmosphere when the contact surfaces are covered with grease and are kept free from oxidation and humidity. >>>

SOCKETS BL...N WITH EXTERNAL THREAD CONNECTION

SOCKETS BL...N WITH EXTERNAL THREAD CONNECTION

MC-Sockets type BL...N are distinguished by their simple handling. To make contact, the plugs S...N or SP...N are simply pushed-in and to disconnect, are pulled-out. The MC-Sockets are suitable to screw directly into busbars (tube or flat profile), into contact blocks, conductor rails, housing, etc. The sockets are slotted at one end suitable for the appropriate mounting tool. The BL-sockets with external thread must be screwed against a fixed stop, or screwed into the busbar with 2 nuts and 2 washers. For extreme loads and mounting conditions and where a stop is not possible, a socket with external Multilam instead of a thread is available (see BL...A). Before assembly the threads must be covered with a thin lubricating film >>>
