STEAM TURBINE CONTROL - 310SV
The 310SV is a configurable controller that provides automatic startup sequencing, speed control, and process control for a single-valve steam turbine driving a mechanical load (e.g. pump, fan,
compressor).
The user can choose from a wide selection of control options to match the turbine operational requirements.

The 310SV continues the Triconex tradition of flexible, configurable I/O for turbomachinery controllers. It includes six flexible, digital I/O points, each configurable as a digital input or output by selecting the corresponding plug-in module. Input and output modules are available with a comprehensive range of voltages and current specifications to meet the requirements of almost any application. The user may choose from 17 input functions and 18 output functions (including nozzle valve control) for each flexible digital I/O point. The 310SV also includes five separate remote digital inputs that can each be configured from a list of 17 input functions. The remote digital inputs make it easy to connect a group of 24V DC digital inputs from a remote control panel with configurable functions like start, stop, speed raise/lower, halt, continue, idle/run, and alarm acknowledge.

DUPLEX DUAL BASKET STRAINER 1” – 4” NB
Duplex strainers are used for pipelines operating continuously incorporating
twin chambers each rated for 100% capacity. An integral flow changeover
valve
permits basket removal and cleaning without interruption of flow.
This range is designed to compliment the Simplex filters but allows the cleaning and
replacement of baskets to be carried out without any interruption to the flow through the
filter. Fixed stops are provided to indicate which basket is in use. A projecting flange from the
changeover handle guards the cover of the basket in use, making it impossible to remove inadvertently.

The Duplex H-Type strainers are designed for larger size applications where interruption of
the flow for basket cleaning is not permitted. This range of duplex
strainers employs a simple
method for changeover, using two sliding gate valves, operated manually by screwed shafts
via an external handwheel. Operating shafts are interconnected for simultaneous operation,
thus eliminating any possibility of completely shutting off the liquid flow. Provided with a valve position
indicator showing which chamber of the filter is on stream. Access to the filter baskets is through quick
release covers. The light weight baskets are quickly and easily removed for cleaning without the need for
any tools, lifting gear or specialised knowledge and with minimum down time.
