Corner Jet are traditional RUTIL machines initially developed for splicing of extruded seal corners and of linen couplings and each other bounded. RUTIL began the project of the first press for the splicing of bonded seal in 1976. Since then, more than 2000 clamp have been produced by RUTIL. The machine is now today used for general injection molding application as well as for injection splicing. The experience gained allows now RUTIL allows us to offer today 20 different machine types using the 'C' frame clamp design. The injection group used ranges from those with

reciprocating screw to FIFO, and dosing precision can reach the hundredth of a gram. The 'C' frame clamping of Corner Jet machines is designed with the maximum possible strength to minimize any possible deflection and the best parallelism of the heated platens. The very best dosing precision together with precise control of the proportional valves assure the production of absolute perfect parts with good aestethic effects. The Corner Jet machines are producedd even in multi-stations configurations, unbeatable in terms of productivity and cost savings.
