    UIP250MTP - MICROTITER PLATE SONICATION

    The UIP250MTP allows for the consistent sonication of an entire microtiter plate within the sonotrode. It can be used for the deagglomeration, dispersing, degassing and for the cell disruption. The ultrasonic power is distributed evenly through each well of the microtiter plate giving you reproducible sonication effects. Furthermore, the amplitude of oscillation is adjustable and is maintained at the adjusted value for the whole sonication period. The UIP250MTP consists of the 250 watts generator, the sonotrode and the required sound protection hood (acrylic glass). This makes it a complete stand-alone unit that is easy to set-up and operate. The ultrasonic generator is tuned to the frequency of the sonotrode automatically so that there is no manual adjustment required (e.g. in case of a cooled sonotrode). Two attached tubes allow for a continuous flow of the liquid in the sonotrode. The UIP250MTP can be operated continuously (e.g. 24/7). It is dry-running protected and can be cleaned and disinfected easily. Pulsed operation or different sonication periods can be adjusted exactly at the front panel of the ultrasonic generator. An optionally available PC-interface with software can record the total ultrasonic power and the net input power at any Windows®-PC and allows for the remote control of all essential parameters, such as sonication time and amplitude.     QUARTZ PLATES AND DISKS

    Quartz plates and discs are widely used on optical appliances, for quartz fabrication and in semiconductor industry. Based on the production methods, three different types of plates are provided: Grade QL410 is an Electric Fused type made from cutting the fused tubes made by continuous fusion process. It has similar properties as Grade QL110 Tube. Both plates and disks can be surface-polished. The maximum size of a single piece is 500mmx500mm. 4+ pieces can be welded together for the request of larger size. Grade QL420 is a Flame Fused type cut from flame fused ingot. It combines the strength of QL410 type with higher thermal resistance. The maximum diameter of the flame fused ingot is 450mm which determines the maximum diameter of the disks and the maximum length of the plates cut from the ingot is 400mm. Quartz Rings and flanges with different sizes are also available of this grade. Grade QL630 is a Synthetic type which is made from synthetic ingot. It has high properties in chemical purity, optical transmission and bubble content, etc. The maximum diameter of this type of ingot is 350mm, thus the maximum diameter of a single piece of disk and the maximum length of a plate cut from the ingot is up to 300mm. Synthetic fused silica blocks are also available at different sizes for optic fibre industry. >>>
