Flexibility and reliability
Extensive use of digital controllers has enabled advanced

provides intelligent self-protective features like reduced
output power at high temperatures or low mains.
Plug and play
Plug a new rectifier into the system, and it automatically
logs on, gets an assigned ID, downloads the system set
parameters from the control system and starts up with a
minimum of installation time, and without interrupting the
system or attached equipment.
The HE rectifier is made fully compliant with the standard
Flatpack2 rectifier which means it can be used in any FP2
system solutions, whether it is in new installations, site
expansions or replacement programs.

The JOVYSTAR PRO has a new type of IGBT rectifier which ensures that our systems prevent all interruptions to your series-connected network. The innovative IGBT rectifier guarantees an almost sinusoidal current consumption. The advantages of this technology are clear – thanks to the improved power factor at the input to the rectifier, this UPS system will consume up to 30 % less input power compared with conventional UPS systems with a thyristor rectifier. In this new UPS generation, modern technology significantly reduces the apparent power in the input to the UPS system. Reduction of the current at the input to the rectifier brings considerable savings in the dimensioning of your distribution switchboard, fuses and cable. The JOVYSTAR PRO is virtually predestined for problem-free operation together with a generator. When developing the JOVYSTAR PRO our design engineers placed special emphasis on a compact construction to meet your desire for minimum space requirement in technical environments.

Manual and Static By-Pass to Protect
A manual by-pass switch allows power to be transferred directly to the mains without disturbance to the load. The UPS can then be safely powered down for maintenance or repair, on completion of the work the UPS can be powered up and the load once again transferred back to the UPS with on interruption in service. If the power demand of your equipment exceeds the overload level of the UPS the static switch defaults to the mains ensuring continuous power in the event of system abuse or short term overload conditions.
