We offer both compression and injection moulding. Our press capacity extends to 350 tonne clamping force, with platen sizes up to 900mm square. The materials we process, in black and colours, include natural rubber and most synthetic rubbers - Nitrile, Neoprene, SBR, EPDM, Vamac and Fluoroelastomers etc. We have experience in manufacturing a wide variety of general rubber components, rubber tiles and rubber to metal bonding. COMPRESSION MOULDING - ELASTOMERS Rediweld offers both compression and transfer compression moulding for a range of rubber materials such as Natural,

Nitrile, EPDM and Chloroprene based compounds, as well as Silicones and Fluoroelastomers. Press capacity ranges from a small 10 tonne laboratory press to a large 340 tonne press with 914mm x 914mm platens. INJECTION MOULDING - ELASTOMERS For high production volumes we offer injection moulding, allowing us to maintain competiveness as the demand for parts increases. With multi-cavity tooling we can match our customer's changing requirements. RUBBER TO METAL BONDING We provide rubber to metal bonding services, typically to aluminium, steel or brass with a range of elastomers, including preparation of the metal parts where necessary.
