The FlexiFeeder can load the RAS MULTIBEND-CENTERs with blanks up to 1600 x 2600 mm from three different sources: with a forklift or overhead crane, from a material management system, or by feeding them manually. The digital material thickness detection is designed for all kinds of material (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, coated material, etc). The suction cup system comes with six pneumatic cups for separating the top blank form the stack and 53 automatic suction cups arranged in four different vacuum zones. The pre-centering station compensates the position of

blanks, that have not been stacked accurately. Transport belts move the blank into the MULTIBEND-CENTER's blank loading grippers, which pull the part onto the scanning system.
