This machine line provides sheet carriage through bevelled gears or pneumatic grippers and it is composed by a single or double pallet loading and centring station, a pre-heating, heating and forming/cooling station, a cutting and division of multiple impressions station, and a product unloading station. Particularly suitable for refrigerator inner and door liners, machines are provided with tool changing systems; tools are packed and automatically fastened to the machine by means of pneumatic/mechanical devices. To reach high levels of production forming station is equipped with a vacuum/cooling bell applied to the upper plane that helps to lock the sheet, pre-draw it through aspiration, using - if necessary - a plug assist to help forming and cooling of the thermoformed product by means of fans or air movers. CannonForma Single Station provides total versatility across many applications and all types of material. This type of machine is particularly flexible, as its levels of automation and can be tailored exactly to suit customers' individual requirements. Each machine is easy to customise, ensuring maximum value for money, and can be specified to meet any thermoforming task. Both pressure forming and twin sheet forming versions are available. Functional scheme of machines is adaptable to particular productions maintaining high standard of production stability, repeatability of heating system, ergonomic, efficiency and solidity in construction. Standard machines (see measures in the chart) include a series of devices that help the operator to work in total security. A wide range of devices (such as pneumatic system proportional for sheet level air, bubble & mould release, and a pyrometer for sheet heating control and product cooling) make the machine personalised to client's requirements, optimising a production without rejections. Remarkable flexibility of our POWERFORM Series consist both in velocity and adaptability during equipment changing (mould, aperture plate and clamp frame) and in the possibility, through dedicated software, to operate with manual cycle for prototyping, semiautomatic for low/medium productions and automatic for series production. Heating System Control has a point to point control, in pairs or mixed with ceramic elements or, upon request flat ceramic, quartz and halogen elements. Moreover a closed loop system controlled with thermocouples is available; these thermocouples, positioned in a number suitable to heaters panel's dimension, control elements' temperature during heating process. Systems of special accessories besides traditional ones, like aperture plate and cleamp frame motorised adjustment, allow Powerform Serie to reach the maximum flexibility and efficiency.
