DESCRIPTION
Model 9010 is a self contained weighing module for use in
repeated shock-loading applications or where fast weighing
and settling times are required such as multihead weighers,
check weighers and other static and dynamic weighing
applications characterized by sudden or impact loading.
Model 9010D’s unique fluid damping system allows the load
cell to be used in applications that previously required the use
of LVDT’s or similar types of measuring devices.
The model 9010D has a unique adjustable tare load
cancellation feature which brings load cell adaptability into
checkweighing and grading applications.
On board electronics make it highly configurable and simple to
employ in dynamic weighing applications. A great proportion of
the functionality required to create a fully featured weighing
system is already implemented in the 9010D.
Communication is straightforward using an ASCII or MODBUS
command structure and high update speeds are possible,
making it particularly suitable for check weighing. Up to 128
units can be networked together over an RS485 link.
4 digital inputs allow the synchronization of the weighing with
external triggers and remote operations (zero, tare). 4 digital
outputs enable control functions like coarse and fine rate filling,
and relieve the real-time load of the system controller.
Factory calibration ensures that each unit will be virtually
identical in performance.
Graphic User Interface (GUI) PC application enables easy
monitoring, setup and calibration of all load cells connected on
the RS485 network. Load cell parameters can be retrieved and
stored for backup, and downloaded into the load cell for easy
recovery from failures or changing operating modes.

PTM PALLET TRUCK SCALE
The cost effective PTM pallet truck scale has full weights and measures approval in accordance with European directive 90/384 EEC and sets new standards in terms of accuracy, ease of use and
durability.
Equal importance has been placed on the mechanical and electronic design features, thereby ensuring the truck meets the most demanding operational conditions found in modern factories and warehouses. The robust construction features four IP67 stainless steel load cells, allowing the PTM to be used in harsh environments, even where regular equipment wash-down is required. The hydraulic lift has a precision-ground chromed steel piston and automatic limit switches prevent damage through careless use or abuse. The steering joints feature self-lubricating bearings and the truck has high load rollers and anti-static steering wheels. The high-performance battery provides up to 80 hours use and the built-in recharging unit automatically prevents overcharging.
The PTM, which has a weighing capacity of 2000 kg, is available in painted or stainless steel construction and comes with the choice of two weight displays. The EV7 version has a high intensity LED display and offers basic weight indication with manual tare and preset tare. The advanced EV22 terminal features a 7 digit backlit LCD display and offers a wide range of functions and controls. Alphanumeric descriptions up to 16 characters can be programmed and stored in the memory, and then accessed via either a 4-digit product and customer code or 6-digit generic code. The terminal will display information including date and time, gross and net weights, total weights per code, sum total and final totals, and three different tare options. Full weight data, including bar codes, can be printed out via the built-in thermal printer or transmitted via the radio telemetry option to a remote base station or PC.
The PTM can act as a standard weighing scale, with both single and multiple ranges, or as a powerful parts counter. For parts counting, the EV22 terminal can store hundreds of coded weight values with product descriptions and tare weights, allowing easy and quick recall when required. The multiple tare function offers storage of up to 50 preset pallet and box weights, and includes auto-weighed tare, preset tare and coded notes tare options. The Sum Weighing mode allows the operator to load a pallet in consecutive stages and display and print the weight for each stage.
