    Fast Fill by Weight Controller An instrument to control high speed, accurate, filling by weight, either stand-alone or via a PLC. On receipt of a start signal the instrument is auto-tared and the relay contacts for fast (large valve) and slow (small valve) are closed. As preset values are reached, the contacts turn off the fast and then the slow valves. The system is optimised by a routine to ensure that the fast feed is held on for as long as possible. In-flight compensation is applied to the slow feed and automatically adjusted to minimise the final error. A “weight complete” signal is given when the final weight is within preset values. >>>

    CSPM SURFACE MOUNTED WEIGHBRIDGE
    The GlobeWeigh CSPM surface mounted weighbridge is the latest in a long line of high quality products from Ireland’s leader in weighbridge technology. It is designed to provide: Strength Durability Low maintenance Is extremely cost effective to install and operate It is ideal for sites where dirt build up is a problem due to: The positioning of the load-cells away from the ends Modified foundations to ease cleaning These benefits are achieved through a composite concrete and steel construction allied to a low profile package with simplified foundations. The concrete foundation slab is cast in-situ and, together with the steel frame, acts as integral shuttering for the site casting of the one piece reinforced concrete deck. The design minimizes transport costs and eliminates the need for heavy lifting equipment. The weighbridge design also benefits from a simplified buffering system using special “v” blocks to buffer the deck against transverse and longitudinal movement eliminating the requirement for conventional tie bars. Coupled with Bilanciai load cells, the CSPM can form the heart of a sophisticated management tool. Standard load cells are the high precision and stainless steel. Remote servicing via modem is an option.     Loss in Weight Controller An instrument to control filling by measuring the loss in weight of product from a hopper. On receipt of a start signal the hopper level is checked to confirm sufficient material to fulfil the preset fill value. If correct, an auto-tare occurs and the feed valve is opened until the fill value is reached. If the hopper level does not have sufficient product, however, the feed valve will not open, but the hopper fill valve will be opened until a preset high limit is reached. A preset timer allows the hopper to settle before the cycle is started. If a further start signal is received during the timeout period then the discharge cycle is initiated. >>>
