    BFSG - Integral Sight Glass / Floating Ball Check Valve The BFSG combines all the benefits of the CTSG tubular sight Glass with it’s 360 degree process viewing with an integral hollow PTFE ball and soft fluoropolymer seat. The design is both space and cost saving , typically used to prevent liquids travelling down vacuum lines with visual indication. The BFSG has a heavy wall borosilicate glass viewing section and PFA lined carbon steel flanges. The glass is supported with a robust stainless steel tie rod ‘cage’. The hollow PTFE ball sits on a lower integral castellated trap allowing gas to freely flow past and up through the sight glass, if liquid enters the sight glass chamber the ball floats on the liquid level travelling up to the soft seat mounted within the upper flange preventing liquid travelling further.     This is one of the newest products to be added to the already extensive Creative Resins International range. This products is so user friendly that it can even be applied in situation. Sandglass resin enables you to produce 'acid etch' and 'sandblast' effect panels without the use of expensive machinery or costly materials. Sandglass is applied by placing a pre-cut vinyl design onto the surface of the glass, wood, plastic etc.. in a horizontal or vertical position, then using a simple DIY style 'paint roller' to apply the resin over thr vinyl design. Once the resin is dry (3-4minutes) remove the vinyl, creating the finished product. The resin is completely dry within 30 minuets. Sandglass can also be coloured using our vast range of colour pigments including the 'Glow' colour range enabling it to create a neon effect. >>>
