There are 13 models in this silicone free range from ¼" to 3" pipe connections with flow rates up to 4383 Nm³/h (2580 scfm) at 20 barg (300 psig). All models feature the Walker push-in filter element design with double 'O' ring seals for extra security and are available in all standard grades. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS HFLT 19-3/4" (502mm) high x 5-3/4" (146mm) wide. 1" NPT inlet/outlet ports with 3/4" NPT reducer bushings. FEATURES Graymills Superflo ink filters are designed to overcome the typical pressure drop and reduced ink flow due to clogging that occurs with ordinary filters. A permanent magnet suspended over the intake port traps ferrous particles which find their way into the ink, and diffuses the flow outward into the filter screen flutes. Filtered material is trapped on the inside of the removable/reusable stainless steel filter cartridge. To clean, just remove the cartridge. All the contaminants come out with it. Self draining. No wasted ink or messy leftovers to deal with. FILTER CARTRIDGES Stainless steel filter cartridges are available in four different mesh screens recommended for the following applications.
