External cables are available with matching spectral response and numerical aperture to the metal-coated fiber used in the feedthrough and the internal vacuum optical fiber cables. The cables are fitted with matching SMA connectors and have a flexible stainless steel jacket of 5 mm outer diameter. This gives excellent crush resistance whilst maintaining flexibility. Standard lengths are 1m, 5m and 10m. Alternative lengths are available to order. The fiber can be UV-visible or visible-IR to match the fibers used inside the vacuum chamber. >>>

The ATM X2 is a colorimeter specially designed to simplify the measurement, calculation, and recording of sugar color. Accuracy is improved by having a fixed wavelength, very narrow bandwidth filters to select the measuring wavelength. The highest accuracy for white sugars is achieved by using the longest path length cell (163mm), and the darker colors are achieved by using our set of shorter path length cells using the sizes recommended by I.C.U.M.S.A. (International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis). These fit directly into the ATM X2 without the need for a special cell holder or adapter. Another version of the ATM X2 supports the bottlers method for color determination, which is the method commonly used in the soft drink industry. This version offers simultaneous measurement of 420nm and 720nm as specified. When ordering your ATM X2 please specify the wavelength or wavelengths (maximum 2) required. >>>

Using Micro Harmonic Drive technology, Micromotion offers the world's smallest Micro Linear Pusher for use in high precision linear adjustment mechanisms in the area of optical systems or semiconductor production. By integrating Micro Harmonic Drive gears with their well known advantages it has been possible to develop an extremely compact and light-weight linear positioning system. The backlash-free micro linear adjustment system features a cross section of just 10 x 10 mm2 with a mass of only 22 g. The length of the Micro Linear Pusher MLP-10 depends on the adjustable stroke and the selected motor type. The smallest system with a total length of only 58.6mm is driven by a stepping motor and offers an adjustable stroke of 6mm. This makes them ideal for direct replacement of micrometers when automation of a previously manual positioning system is required. Micro Linear Pushers are available with either stepping motors or servo motors and may therefore be configured exactly to the customer’s control system and process control. There are two types of fused quartz rods with different levels of performances required in different applications. Grade QL310 is a general type which is widely used for quartz fabrication, lab quartz-wares and fiber optics etc. QL310 Rods have all the great properties of quartz lamp tubes such as acid resistance, heat resistance and high transmission of wave lengths. Grade QL620 is a newly developed type to meet the higher quality requirement in industries such as semiconductor industry. This grade combines the properties of QL310 with a lower OH content and a higher chemical purity. These properties make the rods very stable under high temperature conditions. It is a good material for making wafer carriers in semiconductor industry and is used as pre-forming handling rods in optical fiber processing. >>>
