Profil : MILTON ROY MIXING, founded one century ago, is manufacturing industrial mixers for all industries, particularly for chemical industry and water treatment.
Two ranges of product are offered: -HELISEM® range, with 250 standard models, for tanks from 50 Lit to 150 m3 at atmospheric pressure and up to 7 barg. -Robin range, customized product, up to 100 000 m3, rated power at 1000 kW, driven shaft to 40 m high and operating pressure that can reach 320 Barg. A lot of impeller shapes, with side entry or top entry mixers are proposed for all applications as polymerization, recovery of metals, fermentation of active substances, oil and gas storing, fine chemicals?.. Milton Roy Mixing, ISO9901, 2000 version, has the ability to deliver mixers according the ATEX regulation. Our laboratory is equipped with test tanks from 50Lit to 3 m3 and agitators ready to dispatch can be checked in tanks up to 132 m3. Simulations of liquid flow are proceeded with a CFD software. Milton Roy Mixing is selling more than 70% abroad in more than 50 countries. We have developed and patented in collaboration with AIR LIQUIDE, a floating device that inject and highly promote the oxygen dissolving and provide a nice flow rate to avoid any deposit in waste water lagoons. This equipment, called TURBOXAL®, has a positive area of agitation around 15 to 20 m; it seems the most efficient dissolving system actually. Main advantages are: -oxygen injection at a high rate -no deposit by sludge elimination -no any VOC observed. The TURBOXAL is actually sold by AIR LIQUIDE. |
