HEAT EXCHANGER TUBES
For pressure vessels and reaction vessels in M.S., Al, Monel, Inconel, Cupronickel, etc., M.J. Patel employs the latest techniques for expanding tube ends into tube sheets. High pressure tests are
always carried out on these heat exchangers before they leave the factory. Brass, copper, M.S. and S.S. tube sheets are used. Tube sheets are also made out of mild steel, alloy steel or stainless steel and baffle plates are made out of mild steel or stainless steel. M.J. Patel fabricates ‘U’ Tube heat exchangers which are used in fertilizer plants, petrochemical and power project complexes.

FLEXIBLE ASSEMBLING LINES
The Flexible Assembling lines are meant to be a valid alternative to the traditional dedicated assembling systems. As a matter of fact, are provided with an automation system, that can be easily
riconfigurated and that is ideal for productions characterized by little batches, high working complexity and variability.
The service offered by the qualified working staff of ARI metal spans each single step of the project, from design and planning, to realization, set up and test of the plant.
Possible applications
The application field of the Flexible Assembling lines is wide enough to include all business fields that can be advantaged by the automation of some working phases, keeping the dynamism and flexibility of manual systems.
This kind of approach is convenient when:
- the working process can be divided into several steps, some of which can be automated;
- the production consists of little batches that vary frequently;
- the dimensions of the workpieces are compatible with the 4 possible sizes of the pallets, i.e. : 300 x 400 mm. - 400 x 600 mm. - 600 x 800 mm. - 800 x 1200 mm.
