HSC2 is a sewage water resistant, stainless steel encapsulated, submersible, hydrostatic level sensor of high accuracy. It is designed for level measurement in liquids like stormwater and wastewater in pump sumps. When connecting the 2-wire loop powered sensor in series with a DC power supply, the HSC2 gives a 4 to 20 mA output signal which is proportional to the level of the liquid. The output signal can be connected to the mA - input of set point relays, chart recorders, indicating instruments, PLC, pump-controls, etc. The number of devices in series and the length of the cable from sensor to the devices is dependant on the supply voltage. 1/2-20 UNF Pressure Sensor Mounting Hole Cleaning Kit The Dynisco cleaning kit was designed for checking mounting hole dimensions and removing excess plastic from the mounting holes prior to installing melt pressure and temperature sensors. Installation of transducers into improperly machined, cleaned or improperly sized holes is the number one cause of damage to melt pressure sensors. This kit will allow a user to clean the 0.312" tip diameter hole, the 45 degree seating surface, and the 0.451" hole. The kit includes a gauge plug which is used to verify that the hole has been correctly machined and cleaned. M10 and M18 kits are also available. Important: The cleaning tool must be used when the polymer is in a semi-molten state. Care must be taken not to exceed a torque rating of 100 inch - pounds during scraping so as not to damage the cutting edges of the tool. These cutting edges are manufactured from hardened tool steel and will not wear if reasonable care is exercised. It is strongly recommended that a high temperature lubricant be applied to the tap and the threads of the guide sleeve and gauge plug to prevent seizing.
