ME3000T MARKING KIT

The most advanced and fully functioned electrochemical marking machine available ideal for semi or fully automated applications as well as simple hand applied marking. What Can the ME3000T Do? 15 user definable programs which enables you to store and recall our common marking application settings or your own marking application settings for recall whenever you need them making the marking process even faster. Function indicator (oxide/etch), countdown timer and digital amp meter all designed for ease of use. Buzzer indicates completion of mark. Manual marking mode for very large images. Oxide delay function gives a higher quality oxide layer for certain metals which were previously difficult to mark. Delay timer function, used with semi-auto system, where a delay is required to position the stencil. Timer function in .25 sec increments up to 29.75 sec for very fine marking control. Particularly to meet the needs of marking titanium or deep etch marking. 5v to 30v output voltages in 5v increments allows more precise settings, eg faster etch rate at higher voltage and better quality mark at low voltages on some metals.
