    QUICKFLIP PART ROTATOR

    QUICKFLIP PART ROTATOR
    The QuickFlip Part Rotator was designed to allow a single operator to flip large and heavy parts with dimensions as large as 3200 mm x 1500 mm x 4 mm quickly and easily. As the bending sequence calls for the directional changes, the operator simply adjusts the quick locking stops to the most center orientation and feeds the part from the long side into the part rotator. He then unlocks the rotation and easily turns the aluminum frame 180 degrees until the stopping bolt engages. The automatic stop locators prevent the part from falling out. After the rotation is complete, the operator simply slides the part out of the unit. The QuickFlip Part Rotator can be used in front of a press brake or in addition to a folding system. This component eliminates the need for a second person during the rotation of large blanks. Its design is based on a modular, mountable unit that can be easily added to existing machines. >>>

    DRUM LIFTER
    The Drum-lifter can lift, tip, mix, empty and transport drums for you with ease. It is a mobile lifting and tipping mechanism designed for 200 liter tyred drums. The Drum-lifter is driven onto the standing drum which is then clamped into the drum basket. The drum can now be raised into the required height using the hydraulic foot pump. The drum can now be rotated to mix or tipped to empty using the handle of the worm drive gearbox. The Drum-lifter is equipped with large rubber wheels which makes for ease of transport and the rear castor wheel is fitted with a brake. The cylinders are fitted with check valves as a safety feature in case of rapid pressure loss due to hose failure. This unit can be supplied in an IP65 stainless steel housing for desk/wall mounting. Powering options include, 12-24VDC, 110-240VAC or batteries. The unit's software is run from flash memory and can be upgraded in the field using the rin-link connection. The programmable function key can be configured for any one of the built-in functions (Counting, Manual Hold, Peak Hold, Live Weight Totalising). The built-in RS232 serial port is 15kV protected.
