    LIGHT SOURCES - XLA 100

Providing leading edge optical and power performance now and in the future The XLA 100 is Cymer’s new, ultra line-narrowed, high power argon fluoride (ArF) production light source for next generation lithography tools. Featuring a dual chamber design called MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier), the XLA 100 provides outstanding optical and power performance. MOPA enables the XLA 100 to produce 40 W of output power—two times the output power of Cymer’s earlier, single chamber-based ArF models. By utilizing the ArF (193 nm) exposure wavelength, the XLA 100 enables chip design rules to shrink, which leads to faster processing speeds and boosts memory capacity per chip. With an ultra line-narrowed spectral bandwidth of = 0.25 pm FWHM, the tightest spectral bandwidth performance of any DUV production light source, the XLA 100 provides the light that enables high contrast imaging for lithography tools with an numerical aperture (NA) up to 0.9. >>>

    SPECTRO-GUIDE

    SPECTRO-GUIDE

Total Appearance Control - color and gloss in one unit. The overall appearance of a product is influenced by color and gloss. A sample of the same color but higher gloss level is visually perceived darker and more saturated than a low gloss sample. In order to get a uniform appearance, both attributes need to be controlled. The spectro-guide is unique as it measures both attributes simultaneously. Thus, the cause of a mismatch can be clearly defined in any situation. • Color (45/0 or sphere) and 60° gloss are displayed at the same time • In compliance with international specifications • Tolerances for color and gloss allow quick pass/fail decisions in production >>>

BYPASS - GLASS LEVEL GAUGES KSR REFLEX GLASSES

The principle of the reflex glass is the reflection of external light. In the gas or vapour phase the light is reflected by prismatic grooves in the sight glass, achieving a bright display. In the liquid phase the light is absorbed, thus providing a dark display of the level. KSR reflex glass indicators are available in housing versions for pressure ranges up to PN 25 and in cover versions for pressure ranges up to PN 100. They are the most suitable, best value-for-money indicators for steam use up to 35 bar, but can also be used in countless applications in the process industry. >>>

    COLOUR SENSORS

    COLOUR SENSORS

A wide range of Colour Sensors available for a wide range of applications. Colour sensors from Powelectrics work on the same principal as a human eye. All colours can be described as a combination of the basic colours red, green and blue. The sensor illuminates the coloured surface with white light or LEDs. The light reflected from the surface to be recognized will be split up into these basic colours. As well as the colour values, there is an additional signal in our colour sensors that is proportional to the intensity. Because these values are normalized (always total 10 V), a colour recognition signal can be obtained which is independent of the distance of the sensing head from the surface. >>>
