These machines combine all the advantages of classic cam-governed lathes and the concept of multiple slides that enables the

DESCRIPTION
Stabilised perlite cast iron bed, large enough to ensure good chip removal and collection of cutting fluids.
The tempered and ground working spindle with super-precision bearings is capable of accepting standard clamping collets. Collet clamping system using either a ratchet system or a hydraulic cylinder.
Main motor with speed regulation, 4 kW (ED: 100%).

If the workpiece to be machined requires drilling and threading operations, you can install the combined differential system drilling and threading device. Thanks toMUPEM's exclusive control system, the operator can construct a programme using only the touch screen. In each step, the selected menu helps the operator by offering a series of options related to the operations to be carried out.

Apron: with a lubrication reservoir, it also serves as a lubrication center.
Tailstock: includes pressure relief for easy movement along the bed.
Drive: depending on your preferences, WEILER´s Commodor is supplied either with a two-speed motor with fixed spindle speeds or a high performance infinitely variable main drive.
