Technical information:
The gripping cylinder has various functions such as
· outside gripping of working pieces
· inside gripping of cavity
· low gripping of bigger parts
· opening and closing functions
Vigour regulation by pressure lower.
Individual stearing of the grippers.
End cushioning in case of the ZGS version.
Standardized tension surfaces has been planned to fix the different gripping fingers.
In case of the version ZGF there are additional stroke regulation units to limit the stroke length and to make a fine adjustment with a very high repetition accuracy of +/- |
