These tool types are almost full-surface tools with process-specific abrasive patterns. Shaft-type tools are available from diameters of 3 mm. Shell-type tools are used in the diameter range from 15 mm. * Suitable for honing bores with high diameter-to-length ratios and where large cut outs, slots or cross bores render the use of single or multi-stone honing tools impossible. * Versions available for both through holes and blind holes * Possibility of adaptation to specific applications with a wide range of different abrasive coating patterns.
