we implement everyday. ESCO strives to improve dragline bucket productivity while simultaneously reducing maintenance costs.
The RPM II bucket has had tremendous success, consistently aiding mines in improving productivity. Its core features remain unaltered.
Increased penetration – patented geometry capitalizes on the RSL to utilize the weight of the bucket for increased penetration
Cast front ring – the RPM II cast front ring components offer better strength and durability than other models
Dumping characteristics – lower mounted, integral trunnions provide more vertical bucket hang resulting in smoother, cleaner dumping for the RPM II; fine tuning in conjunction with ESCO rigging provides optimized dump and recovery speeds and reduced cycle times
Wear protection – market leading S-Series Posilok tooth system and Toplok mechanical shrouds are a safer, more economical means of bucket protection
