FOAM OF INSULATION - ALFAS BOND FR
Alfas Bond FR is a one-component polyurethane (PU) foam, packaged in aerosol form for in-situ application. The propellants used are CFC and (H)CFC free and have a zero ozone depletion potential. The
product expands and cures on application through the absorption of moisture from the atmosphere. The cured foam has a substantially closed cell structure throughout and hardens to a semi-rigid form which is both firm and yielding and yet can be trimmed using a sharp knife
Alfas Bond FR is available in two types of canister: In-situ Grade (dispensed via a plastic nozzle) and a Gun Grade (for use with the Alfas Bond FR Application Gun). A dual purpose solvent and spray cleaner (Webbflex PU Foam Solvent Cleaner) is available for cleaning the guns and ancillary equipment, details are available upon request from the Sales office.
Typical Uses
Alfas Bond FR has excellent adhesive properties and once set, forms a strong bond to most building materials such as wood, brick, stone, cement, plaster, polystyrene, metals and many plastics. The product acts as a fire seal for up to 4 hours when tested to BS 476 Part 20 or for longer periods when used in conjunction with Alfasil FR, FR-2 or Alfacryl FR

INDUSTRIAL WALL AND ROOF PANELS
PANELS:
The industrial wall and roofpanels are manufactured in a double-band laminator which allows precision control of the continuous process of bonding between the sprayed-in foam and the two
skins of the panel.
The use of high density foam, 40 kg/m³, ensures the excellent structural characteristics of the panel. IND wall panels are excellent for the construction of interior and exterior walls in factories where temperature and humidity control are important. Thanks to their trapezium profiles the IND roof panels have excellent spanning capabilities and are resistant to the changing wheather circumstances.

KEYTEC 400 EXTRA BARRIER
Keytec 400 Extra Barrier is an aluminium foil cored membrane, encapsulated in polyethylene with a polyester scrim reinforcement. These laminated films combine to form a membrane that protects
against Methane (CH4), Carbon Dioxide (Co2) and Radon gases. An additional benefit is the partial plastic memory, which allows the membrane to be used in three-dimensional detailing of building structures where conventional gas membranes will not profile.
Trigger levels for a gas barrier arise where the following readings are obtained, Methane 1 % by volume in air (5% being the lowest explosive level – L.E.L), Carbon dioxide 1.5% by volume in air and radon in designated areas where the Becquerel’s level is above 200.

Complies with UK building regulations for damp proof membranes (DPM) and damp proof course (DPC) membranes.
TRANSMISSION
Low Gas permeability 0.005 cm ²/hm ²/atm methane transmission rates tested by the British Research Establishment. Radon improvement factor 500-1.
WELDABLE
Keytec 400 Extra can be welded with conventional hot air welding equipment or alternatively sealed with Keytec double- sided tape.
SUPPLY
Supplied in easy to handle rolls with instructions to be self installed, in pre-welded panels or to be welded by Keytec technicians.
GAS VENTILATION SYSTEMS
Keytec designs, supplies and installs a variety of venting systems tailored to the gas concentrations, flow rates, structural design of a building and it's architectural aesthetics.
The final composition of the venting system is dependent on these critical factors. They can be a combination of perforated pipes, capsulated or polystyrene void formers to the foundations with the gas being vented through vent stacks, aspiring cowls, vent boxes, vent bollards, gravel perimeter trenches, or periscopic vents and airbrick to the atmosphere.

Pipe penetration top hat sections, Keytec adhesive membrane (Keyflex), (for step detail, abutment or multi-duct application) and Keyseal gas barrier tape (double-sided) in 24 metre length rolls.

SANDWICH PANEL - ISOCAB
ISO series is an integrated family of sandwich panels designed for quick assembly. The panel configuration has been reduced to a minimum, so the overall affect is to offer the clients maximum design
possibilities with a minimum amount of panels required on the site. All products from ISO range can be easily assembled without the need for special tools. Likewise they can be dismantled easily in order to move or enlarge them.
PANELS:
Isocab panels comprise of two steel skins that are injected with a high pressure polyurethane foam, with a double tongue and groove jointing method.
The lock is foamed into the panel at a maximum of 600 mm in order to pull the panels together and ensuring a secure airtight joint either at the panel or corner profile.
