The Eagle FA- fat analysis X ray system is specifically designed for the inspection of end of line large cased products, typically "euro-boxed" meat. The system primarily calculates Chemical Lean of the meat as it passes through. The fat analysis, CL value is accurate within 1%. The Eagle FA will also provide weight recording accurate to +/- 1%.The system can also automatically detect and reject foreign body contaminants such as; metals, glass, stone, bone, PVC, Teflon, Stainless Steel (even in aluminium foil products). e providing each contaminant type to be independently analysed. All image analysis routines are run simultaneously, thus optimising detection capability and minimising false rejects.
