SMN Static Mixing Elements The StaMixCo Mixing Nozzle SMN contains 8 very efficient static mixing elements that homogenize the polymer melt during injection. The mixing elements are virtually indestructible and create a low pressure drop (30 to 50% lower than other standard products). DCP SNP 3/1 IONISING AIR NOZZLE

Using the same Ionising head as the Air Gun, it can be machine mounted for removing static from components or sheets and webs of film going through a machines. The DCP ionising nozzles are extremely effective, compact and light. The lightweight construction means they can be installed with the minimum of support, in some circumstances by the air line alone. The DCP SNP 3/1 ionising air nozzles are designed for installation in areas where bars are difficult to fit because of space restrictions. They are ideal for fitting on packaging machines at the point of filling, on pad printing machines, label printers, blow and injection moulders and photographic printers. Up to 4 nozzles can be used on a standard X-STAT DCP power source, with varying HT lead lengths. For assembly bench work the adjustable free standing version of the DCP Ionising Nozzle is perfect. The nozzle is fitted via a flexible support to a heavy duty base and can be adjusted to any position. The air connection is under the base and can be attached to a constant flow or via an automatic air system. It can also be connected to a foot switch for manual operation, leaving the operators hands free for assembly. >>>
