ISODesk is a modular system designed to provide an ergonomic alternative to conventional workstations and meet the requirements of the modern production and clean room environments in the Telecommunications, Research & Development and Biotechnology fields.
Five standard work-surface sizes are available, all at a standard desk height of 765mm (30.6 in).
The lightweight all aluminium construction features heavy duty castors for ease of movement and all shelving and accessories are ESD compliant.
The ability to choose between active, passive or rigid vibration isolation systems and the choice of three ranges of breadboards with nominal or enhanced damping further increases the flexibility of the system.

Wide outer ring design provides increased grease capacity to lubricate the bearings.
Anti-rotation - pin & dimple system prevents the bearing OD from creep/rotation due to vibration over time while providing a full ± 2° of static misalignment.
Direct lube - pin & dimple system provides a direct lubrication path into the bearing, eliminating the need to channel grease around a lubrication groove common on standard mounted ball bearing units.
Felt labyrinth seal with rotating flinger directs contamination away from the sealing surfaces. Alternate seal options available upon request, see Sealmaster Custom SelectTM for more information.
Black oxide standard on inner/outer rings and seal components inhibits corrosion.

BUFFERS - HI SERIES
Enidine Incorporated's Heavy Industry (HI Series) buffers safely protect heavy machinery and equipment during the transfer of materials and movement of products.
The large-bore, high-capacity
buffers are individually designed to decelerate moving loads under various conditions and in compliance with industry mandated safety standards. Control of bridge cranes, trolley platforms, large container transfer and transportation safety stops are typical applications. Industry-proven design technologies, coupled with the experience of a globally installed product base, ensure deliverable performance that exceeds customer expectations.
Prior to HI Series buffer manufacture, computer-simulated response curves are generated to model actual conditions, verify product performance, confirm damping characteristics and generate unique custom-orificed designs that accommodate multi-condition or specific damping requirements.
The HI Series of buffers by Enidine Incorporated feature a nitrogen-charged return system that allows for soft deceleration and positive return in a maintenance-free package. The oversize bore area results in optimal energy absorption capabilities and increased internal safety factors. Enidine Incorporated's state-of-the-art testing facilities ensure integrity of design and product performance.

CAVITY FIXING BOXBOLT
BoxBolt fixings are a blind fixing solution for connecting to hollow section steelwork or where access is restricted to one side only. The BoxBolt fixing is suitable for use with rectangular, square
and even circular hollow sections. The BoxBolt features a hexagon head design on the body to aid installation with a standard spanner but also allows it to be installed with our unique BoxSokTM installation tool for when installation time needs to be kept to an absolute minimum.
BoxBolt is available in M08,M10,M12,M16 and M20 bolt diameters and is also available in three lengths for each size. The different lengths allow for a large fixing range (dim X) but also provide an additional feature in that the fixing ranges between size 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 overlap for applications where the exact fixing thickness is difficult to determine.

BoxBolts can be removed afterwards should this be required, although the bolt will need to be replaced with a new one.
The setscrew running through the centre of the BoxBolt body can be replaced with a threaded rod or eyebolt to allow a fixing point on the outside of the steelwork. For common applications of the BoxBolt please see our applications section.
The standard BoxBolt range is manufactured from mild steel with an electro zinc plated finish.
