    Code: ws - 10086 Round and square sections, rivets, cast iron and straps are all used within the construction and the gate is available in medium to heavyweight. As with all our designs the size can be modified to suit your needs. With hand forged leaves the customer required railing panels to match the gates. A number of patterns were designed using motifs from the original gate design. A pedestrian gate was also needed. The railing panels are hung above a dwarf wall with strong backstays holding the weight firmly. The ironwork complements the traditional house and appears to be an original installation.     Our Standard gate range includes a variety of panels fitting varying gaps between 775mm and 2145mm Standard size side gate to replace those old timber units. Supplied complete with hinges, latch and posts, these gates can easily be fitted into an existing opening to enhance any home. The Plastil system is maintenance free, and will never need painting. However we can provide PVC paint in a variety of colours if you so desire. This garden gate is available in two sizes: 925mm or 725mm in width by a standard 1830mm in height. The side posts are 100mm x 100mm x 2000mm in height, pre-fitted with a snap-in slot cover and need to be secured to an existing wall or post.     BREAK CONTACT SAFETY EDGES
    The break contact Safety Edges (Category 3 in accordance with EN 954) SL/NC II (NC = normally closed) work using a safe NC contact chain. In the case of the SL/NC II the force guided contacts and the double-insulated cable are the significant factors. The function of the Safety Edges is as safe as it is simple. When the break contact Safety Edge is activated the closed circuit current is interrupted and the hazardous motion is immediately stopped.     Specifications Physical Properties The security gate has successfully been tested to withstand a load of 250kg in both vertical and horizontal direction* in accordance and exceeding with mechanical requirements of EN ISO 14122-3. *Non destructive test on a security gate with a free span of 81cm and concentrated load in the centre of 250kg. For more details, please contact Evergrip. The gate is completely moulded from rigid polyurethane which has major advantages compared to steel or other plastics. (with optional availability in Stainless Steel 316, A4 quality). Chemical Resistance The security gate has an excellent outdoor weather resistance and is also resistant to most chemicals. The heart of the new safety edge is an infrared safety light barrier inside the rubber profile, in the ends of which the transmitter and receiver are situated.
