Physical Properties
The security gate has successfully been tested to withstand a load of 250kg in both vertical and horizontal direction* in accordance and exceeding with mechanical
requirements of EN ISO 14122-3.
*Non destructive test on a security gate with a free span of 81cm and concentrated load in the centre of 250kg. For more details, please contact Evergrip.
The gate is completely moulded from rigid polyurethane which has major advantages compared to steel or other plastics.

Standard mounting materials to fix the hinge and supporting block are fabricated of galvanized steel.
(with optional availability in Stainless Steel 316, A4 quality).
Chemical Resistance
The security gate has an excellent outdoor weather resistance and is also resistant to most chemicals. Chemical resistance however, is dependent on different factors such as concentration, temperature etc. For more details please contact Evergrip.
The gate can easily be cut at site to the exact required length. Make sure that the swing arm is long enough to contact the guardrail post (at least by 3 cm).
