The sampling method is the same as the CHEMets method, but rather than comparing results visually, the user places the filled ampoule in the cell holder of an instrument. Vacu-vials are 13mm wide and can be used in conjunction with a CHEMetrics instrument or your existing Spectrophotometer using the concentration vs transmittance table that is part of the kit. The picture below shows a vacu-vial being used in conjunction with the CHEMetrics V-2000 multi-analyte photometer. |
