    Cabinet Ageing Oven EB 04 A shelf oven which meets all the requirements of precision ageing which were historically performed by cell ovens. EB04 Ageing oven for precision ageing of rubbers and plastics under controlled conditions. EB 04 is a shelf oven and conforms to ISO 188, ISO 3383, IEC 811 and technical equivalent standards. EB 04 is designed to give very low temperature variations in time and space, low air speed and controlled air exchange rate. This is achieved by using an inner chamber with a controlled air flow. EB 04 also has a 3 glass window, illumination of the inner chamber and separate systems for temperature control and indication with alarm.The oven is supplied in two sizes, with 60 and 120 l useful volume. EB 04 is ideal for ageing finished products and large test pieces which are unsuitable for cell ovens. Both shelves and rods are supplied with the oven for accommodating most types of samples.     The PEAK series of ovens and incubators has been designed and engineered using the latest computer aided design to facilitate production of all metal components on the latest CNC controlled production equipment. Both gravity convection and forced air circulation models are included in the Peak series. The bench mounted models are available in four sizes with a maximum operating temperature of 300ºC, whilst the larger floor-standing models are available with fan-assisted air circulation only, with a maximum operating temperature of 250ºC. Incubators have a maximum temperature of 80ºC. These ovens - with fan assisted air circulation only - extend the range of laboratory ovens to provide more capacity than is normally found in a laboratory and are available in 400 or 800 litre capacities.
