Highly Rigid Mechanism The Janome JR2000N Series Highly Rigid MechanismA single structure base made of die-cast aluminum alloy and a solid column made of aluminum extrusion with a highly rigid cross-section. Clean Room Specifications The aluminum die-cast base and aluminum extrusion column are coated with conductive metal. All the external covers, shafts, and screws are made of stainless steel. Electrostatic metal coating is also available. The robot will be airtight to allow for an external vacuum attachment to minimize dust, this conforms to clean room class 100 (0.3µm.) Labyrinth Mechanism Special labyrinth mechanism for work table and guides prevent foreign objects, such as screws, fluids, & etc from entering inside the robot. Protective coverings are no longer necessary. Interface The teaching pendant connector (RS422C) and PC connector (RS232C) are standard equipment for the JR2000N series.
