Servo technology
To comply with installation standards and recognised installation practises like ISO and API, the installation of the servo gauge on LPG / LNG tanks should be as in below
illustration.
On a standard used stilling well, most of the times reduced at the top towards a 6" connection, a ball valve is used for process separation. This is required to take away the gauge without taking the tank out of operation.
On top of that, there is the so-called calibration chamber for inspection installation of the displacer.
Verifying the gauge without taking the tank out of operation should be possible. This is done with several gauge commands. Test is an action performed around the actual product surface, where Lock, Block and Unlock can be used to lift the displacer to any desired location, hold it and lower it again.
Further there is the option of lowering the displacer towards the tank datum plate for bottom verification or lifting the displacer towards the tanktop position inside the calibration chamber, determined at commissioning time. Inspection companies often use the top of the ball valve as reference position.
The total weight of the unwoud measuring wire should be compensated for as well as for the mechanical expansion / contraction of the wire due to temperature differences.

FUEL CELL SYSTEMS - NET~GEN
With customer feedback indicating the need for smaller, simpler SOFC powered micro-CHP systems - CFCL focussed considerable engineering efforts on designing Net~Gen. Many of the additional features
of which are commonly available with boiler systems were removed from CHP2. This allowed a significant reduction in size of the unit, which is critical for replacing existing boilers while also enabling the Net~Gen unit to be mounted in a variety of indoor locations.
The focus of Net~Gen is not a finished appliance, but a pre-commercial demonstration unit, allowing potential appliance companies and utilities to see that SOFC powered micro-CHP systems are ready for commercialisation. These field trials allow utilities to further explore the potential of clean efficient electricity generation from sophisticated micro-CHP units, such as Net~Gen.
CFCL is producing limited quantities of Net~Gen units for collaboration with selected utilities and appliance manufacturers in order to integrate the SOFC technology into household appliances for the future.

The focus of Net~Gen PlusTM is not a finished appliance, but a pre-commercial demonstration system, allowing potential appliance companies and utilities to evaluate the latest fuel cell technology
from CFCL.
At the heart of Net~Gen Plus is the newly developed GennexTM fuel cell module which is more powerful and offers a higher efficiency than the previous Net~Gen unit.
CFCL is producing limited quantities of the Net~Gen Plus system for collaboration with selected utilities and appliance manufacturers. The Net~Gen Plus systems can be integrated with existing boiler technologies to provide a highly efficient micro-CHP appliance.
