MODULAR ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL
APPLICATION
Whatever the type and the number of equipments on an industrial site, they can be controlled from a completely modular electric panel.
Based on a steel cabinet (dimensions and colour
upon request) and equipped with tracks and all connection and protection basic equipments, we can build a control panel perfectly fitting the requirements of the site and/or the equipment, including all the necessary connection, control and protection components, with, if required, a specific programmable logic controller designed and manufactured by TEC AUTOMATISMES according to the schedule of conditions built by the customer.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Steel cabinet, painted acording to the customer's requirements, equipped with one or two doors (following the dimiensions an the use of the cabinet). Possibility of having visualisation display and control components on front face.
Functions will be those you need, among which :
* protection,
* regulation,
* defaults detection,
* permutation between the equipments of the site in case of default,
* measure of the intensity,
* measure of the operation time,
* measure of the number of operations held,
* storage, review and synthesis of the defaults.

MATERIAL
Box and cover manufactured in aluminium alloy.
SURFACE FINISH
Coated with grey epoxi polyester powder (similar to 7042 RAL) with coarse texture, made by electrostatic projection and dry
into an oven to 180-200ΊC.To obtain a perfect degreasing and absolute absence of dirt and dust, a pre-treatment is carried out before the surface finish, which consists of a neutral-type degreasing
followed by a non-chromic conversion to aluminium (i.e. no damage to the enviroment), finished whith a dry to 80ΊC.
This treatment provides colour with an excellent resistance against UV light and temperature changes, as well as a high protection against chemical agents (most of acids, alkalis and oils at room temperature), saline mist and wet environments.
CLOSURE
By means of captive flush screws. Captivity prevents screw from loss. Screws are manufactured in a steel that has been provided with a D-1000 anti-corrosion treatment, an metallic-grey-colour inorganic non-electrolytic coating consisting of zinc, aluminium and chrome oxide layers. This treatment protects metallic parts against corrosion thanks to an electrochemical process: the cathodic protection, that provides a high resistance against bimetallic corrosion with aluminium.
The resistant finish in epoxi polyester powder together with the coating of the screws stock allow boxes series 3000 to pass with success the test of 1000 hours in chamber of neutral saline mist according to ISO 9227:90 (equivalent to standard UNE 112017:92).
WATERTIGHTNESS
An elastomeric gasket embedded in the cover provides the box with a degree of protection of IP-65, according to UNE 20324, CEI 529 and EN 60529. By order, IP-67 protection grade can be supplied.
ENTRIES
The number of entries that may be carried out is indicated in the general characteristics of each box. Entries may be threaded following several standars, being the most common in metric thread according to ISO 261 and Pg thread according to DIN 40430.
FIXING
Wall mounting by means of adjustable lugs in order to place the box in any position.
MOUNTING PLATE
Optional. The box has inside and at the bottom thickness parts to fix the mounting plate on with screws without external drilling.

NEMA TYPE 4X STAINLESS STEEL
APPLICATION
Adalet's NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures are used indoors and outdoors to house such items as pilot devices, electronic/electrical controls, instrumentation systems, and pneumatic,
hydraulic and machine tool controls. These lightweight enclosures are designed to provide protection against dust, dirt, oil and water. They are for use in petrochemical plants, sewage plants, marine uses, areas containing solvents and similar environments where they are subject to frequent high pressure hosing and generally wet conditions. They are not designed for use in areas where severe corrosion problems exist.(Not submersible.)
CONSTRUCTION
Adalet's NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures are available in 304 and 316 stainless steel with a smooth brushed finish. The NEMA 4X stainless steel has continuously welded seams ground to a smooth finish. The NEMA 4X single door enclosure has a folded lip around the door opening to provide complete and maximum gasket contact and to prevent liquids from dripping into the enclosure when the door is open. Each enclosure comes complete with 3/8 collar studs (for mounting optional panels), Ό-20 grounding stud on inside of box and four wall mounting back brackets. Each enclosure door is equipped with a neoprene gasket, optional print pocket, padlocking hasp and stainless steel door clamping hardware. The door is easily removed by pulling the pin on the continuous stainless steel piano hinge. Both the mounting brackets and piano hinge are secured to the box by mechanical clinching. Large NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures come complete with additional panel mounting studs and maintain a rigid construction through the use of door and body stiffeners. There are no knockouts or holes in the door or body.
