The most recent evolution in Autoflex technology is Autoflex VI-R, with an available thermal stroke range of +/-.015" (+/-380 microns). The thermal translator blocks are mounted above the die body to eliminate thermal "cross-talk" between the die body temperature control zones and the Autoflex system.
