DescriptionThe Automatic Door Opener/Closer (AOC) provides easy access into the MRI with adjustable timing on the opening and closing operation. Fast, smooth operation enables the technician to concentrate on the needs of the patient. The door operation can also be configured to operate with a customer-supplied card reader* that would work with existing security operations within the facility.
Use of the AOC can extend the life and maintenance intervals on the door. Designed for reliable, high traffic operation, the AOC still allows manual operation in the event of a power loss or an emergency situation. The advanced microprocessor controller and sensor system ensures safe operation at all times and eliminates the need for moving parts.
Applications:Currently designed for use on the ETS-Lindgren Auto-Seal® II Door, the AOC was designed with intra-operative MRI in mind, however it is a convenient and beneficial feature for any MRI suite. Reducing and/or eliminating manual operation prevents damage from excessive use which can vary depending upon the person

Performance:
Installation and setup includes monitoring door position and adjusting the speed at the beginning and end of the arc for smooth starts and stops. Surface mounted unit can be added to the door after the door is installed*, allowing fast and easy upgrade to existing doors that are designed to accept the AOC.
Easily manages door operation for doors weighing 350 lbs (160kg).
Warranty:
Warranties cover parts and labor for one year. Extended warranties from one to five years and maintenance agreements are available.
