Continuous flow soldering provides enhanced contact between the honeycomb and frame improving integrity. Alco Multi-Gasket, a combination of neoprene sponge and monel mesh fit, most applications although Alco-Knit or conductive gaskets are available. Standard through holes and spacing for surface mounting installation is customized. Vents without gasketing can be welded in place. Brass vents are typically finished with tin lead plating. Steel vents are commonly finished with tin plating. Other plating options available.
