Portable Roadside Speed Detection - Laser 500 The LASER 500 offers proven laser technology, reliable performance and ease of use for speed detection and enforcement. The tough, ergonomically designed unit combines comfort with accurate speed detection and a range of benefits and features for many varied applications. The Laser's narrow beam width can detect individual vehicles on a busy road. Selecting a target through the x3 viewfinder and pressing the fire button will show a speed in the LCD display. Keeping the fire button pressed will continuously update the speed as the vehicle is tracked. The viewfinder incorporates the aiming graticule, target speed read-out and a unique 'lock lamp' to assist target acquisition.
