Outer structure in satin finish stainless steel Aisi 304.
Washing tank in stainless steel Aisi 304. Two filters at
the tank's bottom to divide any earth-encrusted sediment
or other material, easily removable to facilitate
the normal cleaning operations. Manual water flow
regulation according to the used foods. Extremely low
water consumption per cycle. New concept in washing
manifold, with hyper-dimensioned fan-shaped jets to
direct the water flow over the whole basket's surface
during the washing cycle with slow velocity rotation.
Extractible basket in stainless steel Aisi 304, 16mm
mesh holes. Electric pump of our own production, in
continuous operation. Self-braking electrical motor of
our own production with double polarity. Overfill draining
always connected, specifically designed to expel all
floating impurities. End cycle automatic draining electric
pump. Independent push button to select washing/
centrifugal programmes or to reactive frozen
foods. Extractible shower with start-button to wash the
tank. Independent draining pump. Pushbuttons to insert
or exclude the disinfectant liquid pump programmes or
the centrifuge.
