POLYS P-1 with thermostatic control The POLYS P-1 welders are targeted for welding of plastic pipes from 16 to 63 mm diameter, depending on the options used. It is an equipment of a simple design for the short duration repair and maintenance work, for the hobby or as an addition to the POLYS P-4. The design and the price are targeted to the above market. The POLYS P-1 is available in three modifications with different shape, type of use and input power. The important part of this equipment are the patented jaw attachments. The main advantages of these attachments are

relatively small size, and high thermal efficiency. The attachment change is quick and simple. It is possible to do this when even hot without runninga risk of damage to the welding surface. The welding surface is coated with non sticking material allowing prolonged use. Heater shape variations The Green Line welder can be purchased with three different shapes of heaters, allowing to satisfy all the needs of maintenance men or home users. The heater elements are of heavy duty construction and they provide a constant temperature level over the full heater length. They are identical parts to the professional Blue Line of hand welders. The handle can be ordered either in green or black colour. 650W This hand welder has a heater rod 32mm in diameter. The input power is 650 W and you can weld pipes from 16 to 63 mm diameter. Small heater rod size makes it possible for use in confined spaces. The attachments for this welder are of the so called jaw type. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 850W The hand welder with the right angle heater rod has 500 W input power and it is used mainly for maintenance and repair work. The angle type heater rod makes it useful for work in various hard to reach places. The attachments are of the same jaw type as for the straight heater rod above. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 500W The knife heater welder is designed for pipe sizes from 16 mm to 75 mm in diameter. The input power is 850 W. The attachments here are of the pair type, which is known to have high heat transfer rate due to the large contact area between the heater and the attachment.
